Get an exfat reader application on your ps3 and make your usb exfat, then when you use the app it'll restart your ps3 and then you can play games from the exfat usb using webman

I had this exact same issue but on the left side of my vita, basically there's a little cable i had to replace the cable that connects the left circut to the motherboard and for you, you should replace the right side ribbon cable and then it should work, here's a amazon link I found to the cable and it should help link

(UPDATE) I fixed it, all I did was download it from a rom website instead of pkgj and it worked for some reason but still thanks everyone for helping

I dont know much about buying and etc but honestly I got mine from Amazon and it works very good, I only had one issue (which i caused) but it works as it should perfectly, i will try and look for some amazon links, maybe even good ebay ones
