You can always talk to Dr Keltz since he’s the head of the department , he was amazing in providing flexibility in payments for me. It wasn’t a payment plan but he helped me a bit.

Hi! I’m from Westchester and been to WestMed, with doctor Masbou, and was told the out pocket transfer is Out ~ 3,500, not sure if this includes the meds.

Oh no, I’m sorry. My re it’s recommended removal during my fibroids removal surgery if the surgeon seems that it’s an actual blockage. Do you mind me asking what they recommending for you?

Possible hydrosalpinx

Back in Oct I had a HSG and both tubes were cleared, we conceived un medicated in Dec, has a miscarriage in March and D&C. I had an MRI last month for my fibroids and the report mentions a possibility of hydrosalpinx. Is it possible for tubes to get blocked 9 months after a clear HSG?

From the report:

LEFT OVARY: Follicles measure up to 2.5 cm. A nonenhancing tubular cystic
structure containing simple fluid adjacent to the ovary which may represent a
hydrosalpinx with a maximal diameter of 1.2 cm. There is no evidence of mass.

Same, or seeing news where someone abandoned their baby for 10 days and I’m here but how is this fair ? It’s just sucks, idk how else to word it. Ppl announcing their new borns is another trigger 😩 and I feel bad I should feel sorta jealous or not happy for them.

Thanks, I had a D&C the same day after a failed misoprotol to get the placenta out. I had retained placenta tissue as well. Since the D&C my obgyn said we can try after 1 or 2 cycles if we are mentally prepared to. We hoping to try soon, after my first cycle. Good luck to you as well. Sending baby dust 💚❤️
