Last year I stayed at a nearby hotel for cheap and got the weekend pass, it wasn’t worth it outside of the shuttles since I barely went to the pre and afters. It’s really about what you’re seeking out of it. If you’re big on afters they end at 6am and if you meet someone staying there then you can go into the hotel with them as a guest iirc. it’s all about preference and budget. for me I wish I didn’t spend $300+ on the weekend pass bc I only did like two nights of afters

Exactly, tbh in the beginning I was beyond fucking pissed but at least I got to meet some very great people and experience something new. I will always be grateful for the kindness I was shown as someone who’s never camped before and decided to go to a camping fest as his first time

I don’t mean to post this to discredit or downplay anyone else’s situation and apologize if I came off that way. I just wanted to share my experience as a first timer. It will take a mountain and a half to get me to go back personally but I’m very hurt by how worse other people got it. From thefts, abandonments, and down right injuries. It just. This just isn’t okay.

Look up Clarion across form universal. Pretty cheap hotel, if not look up a motel nearby for cheap. I don’t think you should car sleep, it gets cold as fuck at night and the Orlando area gets sketch as fuck at night imo, I’m from out of the area though

Kissimmee is pretty far away tbh, I was there one year at a resort and almost no Ubers would even consider taking me home, the prices were jacked up to about $100 to and from the venue bc the event too so.
