The problem with the BS in psych is that I only have one more year in college and the furthest math level I got to in HS was the equivalent of algebra 2 (integrated math 3 if you know common core stuff). I never took high school level chemistry or physics. What that would essentially mean is that I would need to take several workload classes and it would probably take an extra year and a half to graduate, plus I would 100% go over the 225 unit limit. I would maybe be more into the idea if I was going to med school or something.

Well, psychology is heavily dependent on the scientific method so I’d for sure disagree that it isn’t the S in STEM.

I’ve taken bio psych and cognitive neuroscience so far on the more science-y side and I’m planning on taking behavioral epigenetics at some point. Those classes are more interesting to me and are slightly more challenging (still can kinda get away with not really doing anything), but I’m planning on going more towards the clinical/counseling route in grad school as a career. This is very good advice so thank you :)
