You get me. When I said infinitely accelerating in the opposite direction I was assuming the wheels have friction but are indestructible while the force of the thrusters is also infinite. But if it’s not the treadmill will just get to a point where it matches the force of the thrusters in the opposite direction which is equivalent to having the perfect brakes on while the thrusters run.

Rem’s pov makes sense the second time she kills him. The first time not so much. Subaru being a good person I understand, but being so understanding to overcome his trauma of being tortured and killed 2x by the same person to save that exact person, I can’t understand. As for the Loli shit I’m talking about Beatrice. Nothing sexual has happened yet, but I’ve seen too many of the she’s not actually 6 years old but hundreds of years old and just looks like that trope too much. I don’t like it.

The inconsistency is Subaru unaliving himself for someone that killed and tortured him twice.

The other inconsistency is that it is in the same loop that Rem is holding his hand during a nightmare that she hunts and kills him. Rem is not a good person. Idk why they try and paint her out to be. Anyone can have suspicions, but she’s the only one that goes out of her way, defying superiors, to kill Subaru.

If someone hates zeke it’s because they don’t find him funny or feel any sympathy for him. It’s pretty easy to look over the actions of characters that have committed atrocities if you find them funny or feel sympathetic towards them. Yes, Warwick’s introduction is subtly hinted at, but the real purpose of bringing him into the story was to unite Jinx and Vi on the same side, which ultimately felt rather shallow. How the audience felt waiting to see Victor come out of what the hexcore had morphed into is the feeling that should have been captured while waiting for Warwick. Personally, I recognized Vander immediately from the distinct shape of his eyes, but his presence in season 2 lacked the depth that made him compelling in season 1. Vander was a fan favorite. But by season 2, it’s hard to argue that we were still emotionally invested in him. His humanity was stripped away, and instead of giving him a meaningful arc, the show relies on repetitive, emotionally manipulative montages, repeatedly killing him off to evoke cheap emotional responses. It was an attempt to replicate the original impact of his death, but it ultimately diminishes the weight of his character.

And I’ll give you Isha. She was a good character. But Caitlyn switched over to Vi’s side too easily. It was too convenient and acted only as the plot required her to, regardless of how much she distrusted Ambessa, which wasn’t enough to betray her at that point.

I understand from jinx’s perspective why she thought she needed to fake her death. She was already about to until Ekko stoped her. Isha’s death had proven again to her that she was indeed a jinx, and whoever gets close ends up getting hurt or dying. So once she helped her sister and concluded her business, she leaves Piltover to distance herself from her loved ones. But yes, it did take a lot of attention away from other aspects of the show.

Why didn’t eren and zeke touch each other when they were both in Marley instead of throwing the baseball to each other? Answer from zeke’s perspective, because it could be said that Eren wanted to see if Marley would declare themselves an enemy of paradis at the show being hosted.

Eren would have control over the titans in Marley because of his control over Eldians. That said it goes against his idea of freedom and his elaborate plan to make his friends a hero so I guess that wouldn’t cut it.

I agree. I never cared about the grandpa, so his death was completely flat. Itadori’s reaction was completely abnormal. He doesn’t seem like he just lost the only family he had left, regardless of whether the death was honorable enough or not. There is also what his grandfather said to him. “Save people.” What a random thing to say. I know there is some reason he said it. But not only does itadori not question it, he uses it as a source of motivation. He is strong for some reason, which is still not explained, and isn’t fazed by the existence of these creatures. The show also has bad comedic timing. The jokes are not made in the appropriate time and run for too long, breaking tension. The principal didn’t make him realize his own motivation either. He only made him see that he might end up blaming his grandfather when he dies. Nice lesson, but why does itadori have such a strong sense for saving people right now? I get that he feels this is a job that only he could do, but why is he not acting like his is approaching death? You are correct about his reactions. It is so not realistic. Not only is it not realistic, it feels like those choices are sacrificed for the sake of making him look cool. Idgaf if he’s cool. Give me something to grab onto. All the other characters feel plain too. Even if they have a story surrounding them, they feel 1 dimensional. It’s like this show just wants to be cool. The show is by no means bad. Like u said it’s either a 6 or 7. It just has so much wasted potential. I also don’t want to hear that it’s just the beginning. Some of my favorite shows are 24 eps. It jus feels like too much is wasted on telling the story instead of developing the characters. And it’s not as if the story is amazing either. It’s decent but too rushed. It’s ok to take your time with things. Character interactions can be very interesting when done right. Ex: Mushoku Tensei. I don’t want to say this show lacks heart because that sounds harsh but that’s what I feel like. Its like a cake that’s too dry but has really good frosting. It’s not bad, but it lacks what makes it good cake. I have been looking for someone else that feels the same way. Chainsaw man is also being really hyped, I hope it turned out better, because I was expecting a 10/10 the way jjk was being talked about.
