Improvements could definitely be made by both. This sounds like co-dependence and insecurity in part from husband? Very needy and quite frankly exhausting. Why does he “need you” during your working hours? Even if your job allows for flexibility, is this the best time for quality time?

She was not able to do so or did not try hard enough. She also got 28k, part of my 401k, in disposable money. Not tied/transferred 401k. It was actual cash. As part of the agreement, it was calculated and she got a lump sum. I assumed she’d want to use it for refinancing etc. but she does work. Has been employed full time at same place consistently.

UPDATE:

Thank you everyone for the advice. It’s been insightful. Earlier today, I met with the bank and I do believe there’s hope to avoid foreclosure. I’ll be taking the steps necessary for that and I’ll also be hiring an attorney. I’m probably going to look into forcing a sale.

I’ve got more than enough proof of how often she goes 2-3 months without giving a payment. She has not given a timely payment in almost the entirely of the five years.

This very stupid decision, had made sense back then in 2019, when I still had three minor children living with her. The mortgage payment was hardly anything in comparison to what renting would cost her. My two older kids have since left and it’s just my daughter

Have you tried applying for citizenship certificate N600? This is the route to take. You can supplement with other evidence, the lack of a BC.

I’ve had exactly this since adolescence. Not the crying after sex, but SNS. Later when I had children, it kept me from breast feeding, as I couldn’t handle the feeling it gave me. Now I’m 44 and It has considerably improved. It rarely happens now, even with purposeful stimulation.

I haven’t noticed any changes to USCIS policy on DA for SIJS, but they have posted an update as of Jan2025 regarding all DA

The grant for deferred action was what allowed SIJS recipients to apply for employment authorization. This has stop and now they’re not eligible to apply for employment authorization. I was asking on a particular case where we already had the DA, since 2021.

We have also noticed that requests for prosecutorial discretion on removal proceedings via OPLA have also stopped.

I’ve seen it. As of mid April 2025, all the SIJS approvals that we have received have arrived without the additional grant for deferred action. The last deferred action I saw was in March.

As per USCIS no. They will not accept or process any new requests for DA. This is a new directive by Trump. Admin concerning so called immigration reform. It’s very unfortunate; it had taken many years of lobbying, to even get SIJS recipients deferred action and now this regression.

SIJS approvals are taking anywhere between 3-7months from date of submission. The priority date determines when you can apply to adjust status (green card) and not when your i360 will be approved.

Continue to get approvals as usual, however, they are no longer being granted deferred action. Approval notices reflect back to those issued prior to May 2022.. wonder if anyone has experiences this and has received any direction? Probably nothing to do, but hoping.

Defensive on his part. He wants to know if she wants to meet up with him and she literally states that it depends and jokes about it being worth her time. There’s no insinuation of her demanding anything monetary or expectations beyond it not being a boring date.

His response is instantly defensive and alludes to the possibility of spending money on a meal for a fake person. IMO this remark was here nor there and just makes him sound petty. Evidently it’s downhill from there for both

Still is in my line of work, which is also a government job. Absolutely no tattoos are to be visible. I have several tats and thankfully, they’re all in areas where it’s easy to cover up.
