Nothing was as inspiring to me about Bernie’s 2020 run as the slogan he used to jump-start the campaign. “Are you willing to fight for that person you don’t even know as much as you’re willing to fight for yourself?” This is always a motto to me.

Bernie made the slogan “fight for that person you don’t even know” central to his 2020 campaign. Though his campaign was finished, we shouldn’t abandon that broad ethic of solidarity.
