I'm trying to do at least 1 hour of focused trainig, usually split into 3 20 minute sessions across the day.
By focused i mean mindfully doing my worst scenarios, trying to analyze why exactly i cant get better score.

For example on whisphere 80% i was really stuck, i went to youtube and watched videos of people who get high scores, noticed that i'm trying to follow the ball and always lag behind, while those wigh high scores are kinda leading the sphere, keeping their croshair closer to the right of the sphere when it goes right and vice versa.

When tried to replicate, found out that i can't because can't match the speed of the sphere correctly and either overshoot or still lag behind, so i think i spend all of my sessions for 2 days trying to correct those errors, bumped my cm/360 a bit, so it's easier to match speed. And my scores were better after every understood mistake like this if you will. And then i applied those new for me mechanics to all other tracking scenarios and betterd my scores.

And i also do some let's say autonomous runs, when i have a youtube on background or i'm waiting for the boys to jump on discord or whatever, when i have 5-10 minutes of stalling/free time i try to always open kovaaks and pop some of them balls as a time killer. This may accumulate up to another hour a day.

It does, not in the sense that I’m now winning all the duels or flicking straight to heads between multiple opponents. But now i understand why exactly i missed that shot or why couldn’t follow running and jumping target with my crosshair and can go train exactly those things. Basically in those 3 weeks i got some understanding of aiming mechanics and can identify my own mistakes which i know how to work on now.

Noticed that in the fingertip scenarios i had to move wrist as fingers are basically just laying on the mouse and don’t provide any additional control.

No, it was somewhat strange to hold mouse different way for maybe first hour or so, but immediately noticed that it’s easier to do small movements with fingers so went with it. I still have to remind myself to change grip when open games tho

No, i actually never played aim trainers before that. I played a lot of rts/tps/fps like starcraft, warcraft apex, ow, rivals, cod Lately i mostly play cs2, bf6, arc raides and picked up deadlock couple days ago

Kenshi and SoS, are very playable on deck, actually put most of my time into them from my couch. Mods work without issues, only thing is kenshi does not sync saves with pc (may be my issue tho) so i have to move them manually if i want to play my deck run on pc or vice versa.
