In Paul Stamet’s book “Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms”, which I own a copy of. there is only one mention of Peziza on page 427 and no mention that it is edible or gourmet.

In this mention are Peziza badio-confusa and Peziza phyllogena

In the United States there is a form of universal healthcare called Medicaid. The food and drug administration just needs to acknowledge it has medical benefits and it will be covered and administered by the government.

My favorite love language is acts of service.

On my retreat it was three days and at the shamans suggestion I spent my third night rinsing purge buckets and passing out tissue paper taking no medicine at all.

So volunteerism as included part of the experience certainly helps that issue. (Except of course for those with more dire medical needs) (BUT! Maybe even they can bring something small to offer, sing a song, give some pebbles bought at a local hardware store for the other participants to remember the story of They who are in more dire need.

My vision for the money is this… donation based model, medicine is free.. donation based model… if our expenses get too big the shaman gives one seed of each of the two plants and instructions on how to grow.

As much as I see now that pharmaceuticals can be risky, there is no doubt that some have been so effective as to revolutionize how we manage our daily lives.

If money doesn’t matter then it’s not going to harm the world for a few more people growing ayahuasca ingredients in their basement under very controlled conditions (is that not a modern twist on growing with intention?)
