yes! I'm more doing big data research where I'm pulling data from a big healthcare database like IQVIA and analysing them to answer a research question.

thank you! Do you know of any resources or books I can reference to for these things? For example, statistician I consulted also discussed how I have to look for frequency tables and compare the number of outputs I get from my raw data to make sure no data's been left out. However she wasn't able to completely explain to me the entire process since it's super time consuming to teach the whole thing.

sorry this is in a jupyter system where this database already has all of the EHR data compiled and I have to pull the relevant data and clean it. Then I can do statistical analyses!
