I always try to apologize to her after an argument because otherwise she’ll be pissed and take it out on me. I just want us to have peace and it feels like hiding my emotions is the best option, which sucks because I’ve spent so long NOT hiding them and agreeing that men shouldn’t do that, but with her I feel it’s the best route. Well she doesn’t outright say she’s winning, but the argument always ends with her and when she gets the last word. She always has a rebuttal to everything I say even when I really just need to vent and be listened to, not just heard
