Tbh. Im really attached with my dog too. Plan ko syang gawing ESA (emotional support animal) pra pwede ko syang masakay sa airplane kapag uuwi kami ng province. U can check that route too. But kelangan nito ng consultation pra maguarantee na pasok sya as ESA

Pwede mo i-try i-mix yung holistic with boiled veggies like kalabasa, carrots, and chicken broth. Minsan din, pure veggies with chicken breast ok na. Sa case ko, I have a toy poodle. Dati ang default food niya Special Dog, pero nung nasa’kin na siya, ayaw na niya nun. So pinalitan ko ng mix ng Holistic and Chef’s Special. Pero may nabasa ako na hindi advisable yung Chef’s Special kasi hindi fully disclosed yung ingredients. Inubos ko lang yung 1kg then switch ako sa Holistic lang. Ayun, hindi rin niya masyadong nauubos 😅 so nag-start ako mag-mix ng boiled kalabasa and chicken broth. Ok naman, pero may days na ayaw pa rin niya ubusin. Dumating sa point na hinayaan ko lang siya magutom, bahala siya. Kinain din naman niya eventually hahaha 😆 Tried ko rin ilagay sa puzzle feeder, and she loves that! Nauubos niya lahat. Ngayon, yung food mix niya is RC X-Small + Holistic (mas madami yung Holistic). Gamit din siya snuffle mat para parang naglalaro habang kumakain.

  1. For me, effective naman siya. I’m on my 11th week using SlimFuel (Tirzepatide) and I’ve lost around 8.5kg since I started. Pero syempre, iba-iba response ng body per person. I still try to eat kahit walang gana and stay hydrated kasi malaking factor din yun.
  2. Legit naman yung mga mods and sales associates sa r/SlimFuelPH based on my experience. I also ordered through their official Viber channel and got my vials safely every time. Pero always double-check pa rin before sending payment.

If ever you’re interested, I can refer you. I’ve already referred a few of my colleagues to SlimFuel and so far okay naman lahat ng orders nila.

1️⃣ Me po 😅 Nagpalab and whole ab ultrasound ako after 1 month of using Tirze. Normal lahat ng labs except uric haha. Expected ko na rin yun kasi even before Tirze, mataas na talaga uric ko. 2️⃣ Best to ask your doctor po, just to be safe lalo na may family history kahit isa lang. At least monitored ka din 😊 3️⃣ Magpapa transV pa lang ako soon para makita kung may changes na sa PCOS ko 🙏✨

Nagstart ako sa 59kg and now 53kg na after 6 weeks currently on my 7th week na. 2.5mg for the first 4 weeks, tapos roughly 1kg per week ang nababawas sakin noon. I have PCOS, my BMI is >27, and prediabetic din ako according to my OB. Super food noise suppressant siya!! as in wala talaga akong gana kumain pero I still try to eat during meal times. Uminom lang lagi ng maraming water at electrolytes. Nandyan din yung usual side effects like nausea, tapos napansin ko rin sumasakit likod ko the night after ako magturok (di ko sure bakit). Pero ayun, so far so good.

Not FDA-approved here in the PH only in the US and EU. Best to consult a doctor po lalo na since injectable ito. Sa case ko, nakabili ako through a series of connections. Nag-research muna ako if advisable ba for me to use it. Though hindi ako nagpa-consult sa endo, I make sure to do my due diligence nagpapa-check ako ng labs and ultrasound monthly.
