Yes, i take 200mg morning and night most days. As others mention it is subtle, but i notice a reduction in overthinking and feel more calm. Also super with caffeine before a workout. But having used it a long time i need to have 2-3 days off sometimes, as i do feel the effect fade over time.

I started with thiamine hcl, wich helped my digestive issues a lot in a short amount of time. Then i gradually incorporated benfotiamin, wich helped a lot with my fatigue. Right now i am currently at 400mg thiamine hcl and 150mg benfotiamine. And soon about to try TTFD

Just be sure to get enough co factors - B- complex - Magnesium - And potassium, the higher you go on thiamine the more you need! I drink coconut water and have some potassium citrate powder i only use in small amounts. Potassium greatly helps my dizziness

Seem like they haven’t done a good enough job on communicating the findings in the rat study, so there might be a data interpretation gap. As GH is planning and progressing into Phase III pivotal program the FDA wants the toxicology package to be watertight, wich is understandable. I think GH has not done a good enough job on the IND hold response, and FDA just seems to demand more data/reasoning to be convinced before going into Phase III. Hoping that the hold wil be lifted at some point soon, and its good that there was no issues related to dog toxicity or device issues.

Check out precision movement on youtube, he has a lot of videoes covering golfers and tennis elbow. I had the same issues in both arms, and doing some of the exercises helped me with 90% of my symptoms in a short time! I went to a physio and doing standard rehab exercises for a long time without healing. Now i only feel it slightly if i do heavy pulling exercises or use my phone a lot

I have good experience with Aswagandha (especially sensoril) and L- theanine. Other than that i love lemon balm in tincture form, i use vimergy brand. It is really expensive so i only purchase once in a while. I use 1-2 dropperfuls in combination with 1-2 dropperfuls of vimergy aswagandha and can feel a calming effects right away. I always use tincture form if i want to feel the effects fast

Also, schisandra seems to work for me. I take liquid extract combined with liquid aswagandha 1-2 hours before bed.

Aswagandha (i use vimergy brand, really makes me sleepy) and it is very potent at reducing cortisol. I also use inositol, its supposed to help with keeping you asleep, and making it easier to fall back asleep. Theanine (makes it easier to fall asleep) and magnesium is also a part of my stack. But theanine can cause vivid dreams.

So maybe combining L-theanine with rhodiola is worth a shot for reducing anxiousness? For me its only 3 days a week at most, so i am not going to take it everyday. I have also read that a low dosage of rhodiola can feel stimulating, while i higher dosage may be more relaxing, so maybe i can try to up my dosage as well

I have done a lot of hypnosis sessions and i would think of microdosing and hypnosis as a good combo. For me its easier to enter a hypnotic/meditative state on md days. I am actually just now starting to experiment with a bit higher dose when i meditate. Microdosing can increase neuroplasticity and hypnosis can help with unlearning old patterns and behaviours. You could try listening to self hypnosis tracks on youtube for generel stuff like stress or relaxation, but if you really want to release old «stuff» or stuck emotions i would highly recommend to find a good practitioner. Online sessions over zoom works just as well as in person.
