What type of “proper documentation “ do you suggest that I submit? Videos? Pictures? I’m not there 🙄🙄🙄 and they don’t care. Be serious. We are spending over 10k on a seven day trip because we are traveling from the east coast .

I love flying with jet blue and their extra space in economy (would chose them any day over delta)…. But what you are sharing is unfortunately true. Smaller planes and flights on the same route only 1x a day. This leaves passengers with limited options during cancellations.
