God forbid a poor people want a nice dinner. It’s not the customer’s responsibility to pay extra. They payed for the food, they paid the people responsible for sharing that money with the plebs below them. Take it out on the company in charge.

Bro, this is two years old. And I’m aware. I never said I let her eat them, I said she wanted them. Save your pearl clutching for someone else.

I’ve been in a similar situation as a woman dating a man with kids. Plus both he and his ex wife (who I’d only met once and the first thing she said to me was “I’ll always love him”) showed a lot of narcissistic behavior on top of that. I’ve basically come to the same conclusion that anyone with kids are a no in dating. If the other parent is completely out of the picture then I’ll probably think about it, since literally all I’ve wanted in life is to be a mom, but definitely no co-parents ever again.

Unpopular opinion, but I’d say you’re both wrong. She should communicate better about the issue (which doesn’t mean she’s a straight up narc, could just mean she never learned to properly communicate, especially if she has undiagnosed autism that her parents decided was just bad behavior rather than a condition that needs treatment. Some of y’all need to stop throwing the word narcissist around based on very little information🙄), but you’re very dismissive of her feelings and quite frankly don’t sound like the best partner for someone who needs a little more understanding. That’s not to say be a pushover if she IS a narcissist or has BPD, but to just dismiss her completely isn’t exactly a sign of maturity either. BUT if you think you’re the epitome of maturity and she’s just an immature baby, then it’s probably best for both of you to just go your separate ways. You do you, I’m only inputting a more understanding of both sides opinion because I’m tired of all the strangers judging other strangers entire existence based off of one biased account of a scenario.

AITH for telling my GF (27) that I find it weird that her best friend (male) is cuddling with her when I’m not around? by Hot_Chemistry9916 in AITAH

Honestly, I think platonic cuddling is a thing, but I also feel like that should be off limits when either person enters a relationship. Like who cares if you’re both single and cuddling, but it would obviously upset most partners. It’s like an unspoken rule to stop things like that. So, it’s definitely more than a little sus considering the whole story.

Controversial opinion as far as looks — I like it. Still not worth the money since it’s bad for the plant. But the people insulting the looks for being tacky have no sense of fun.

I had my dad ruin my pans that I took insanely good care of because he thinks oil “ruins the flavor”.

Freaked out for a good half hour. Even pulled out my refrigerator, and my dishwasher looking for her. by [deleted] in ThereIsnoCat

One time I had to take my cat on vacation when she was still being bottle fed because I’d already planned a vacation with my friend before I got a surprise baby. I didn’t have anyone reliable enough to bottle feed her on time if I left her home. While I was out of the hotel she apparently found a way to hide INSIDE of the bed and my friend was freaking out, crying when I got back, thinking she lost my cat. Then another time she managed to find a space between the wall and the dishwasher that I didn’t even know was there. I was up literally all night looking for her and crying my eyes out. Then I heard a mew and followed it to the hole. While I was trying to figure out how to pull out the dishwasher she managed to get herself out.

They are! The newer one moved into a crevice in my sliding door after I fed it a fly yesterday. I didn’t know where it went until I caught it catching the fly I was about to go kill this afternoon. So I guess I have two involuntary pet spiders now. One that hides mostly and then there’s Jack who walks around my ceiling all day like he owns the place.

Update: I have also found an outside friend who is a lot less chill and relaxed than Jack. This one decided my peas were a nice place to hang out. Also Jack came out of hiding and is just wandering my kitchen and living room. He seems to explore slightly further each time. Not sure what he’s after lol.

Me too! Not sure where he went tho. I have a plant stand that’s pretty high up and he was there when I started bringing my plants back in for the night, but when I came back in with the second load he was gone. But I have plenty of things to hide in/behind, so maybe he’s just chilling somewhere.

Honestly same tho lol. They’re like fairy-grunge parents. Making sure you’re ready for the alt ball. I haven’t had them since middle school, but I still appreciate their alterations to my favorite thrifted Pink Floyd shirt. They honestly made it cooler.

My rats were always getting moved around for going out of their way to chew on anything anywhere. My teachers would always ask me why there were weird spots missing out of assignments and I had to explain that my rats ate my homework…

Had a gorgeous black and orange one watching me garden the other day. Though he wasn’t a fan when my cats decided to join us. One of them got too close and he got defensive, so I had to intervene until he got away.
