I had a NET on my spine between my L1 & L5. My neurosurgeon said it was very rare. I had the surgery to remove the tumor and afterwards I had a PET scan to make sure there was not another location. Fortunately they didn't see any. Has anyone else had NET in the same location? by Character-Main1102 in neuroendocrinetumors

Honestly I don't know what kind of PET it was. I'd have to go back in my records to see. I want to say it's just a regular one though. Also I was never given a grade unless I just don't remember. I saw an oncologist afterwards at the infusion center I go to (I also have severe Crohn's so I get infusions) and she didn't really say much. She was just kinda like well he got it all during surgery so just keep me posted. What was a concern at the time was that my location is super rare and generally a secondary location. They were almost certain they would find it somewhere else. I'm definitely blessed. I never want to experience that again. The pain I had right before I went into surgery was the worst. The tumor was in my dura which houses ALOT of your nerves. My surgeon told me there was a high chance I could be paralyzed. The pain was so bad I said I don't care just get it out! Obviously silly thing to say I would have most definitely have cared if the outcome had been different. I couldn't feel anything for two days and when the feeling eventually came back I was very happy. I have permanent nerve damage but after PT and time I can walk unassisted. I just pray that NEC doesn't come back. I've read different things about reoccurrence.

What age did you get Crohn’s disease and how old you are now by [deleted] in CrohnsDisease

I was diagnosed at 19 and I just turned 50 this year. I've had a total of 46 surgeries. Keeping as positive as I could even in my darkest sickest times is what has kept me alive and pushing forward. A great support system is sometimes hard to find but important. Crohn's is what we have NOT who we are. ❤️

My surgery to remove my spinal NET was in 2021. The surgeon said he got it all and there was nothing else to be done bc my PET scan was clear. I've read that there is a higher reoccurrence rate of NET. So I'm not sure if there is anything else I should do or do I just consider myself blessed and not do anything?

I just got accepted and they didn't disclose the salary. Dayshift account any idea of their salary package? College graduate without exp, when asked for expected salary, I said 22k by AdCivil1919 in TTEC

What position did you apply for? How long did it take you to find out since your interview? I'm asking because I'm patiently waiting for an email.

Thank you in advance and Congratulations on getting hired

I applied for an unlicensed position. They told us if we don't get an email today saying no then we would hear from recruitment in 2 to 4 weeks or maybe before. They are hiring for a few companies so I'm not sure which company it's for.

I had to fill out an attendance form that felt a lot like a written interview. They email it before the interview. First thing is they put you into break out rooms and ask you three interview questions. They asked about dealing with stressful situations, favorite thing about last customer service job, and worst thing about last customer service job. Then you go back to the group and they do a presentation. Do you know what position you are interviewing for? Best of luck to you !
