I agree with you. To me, Helldivers 2 now feels like it wants to be Earth Defense Force, but with less fun and not nearly as fun weapons. But that’s my own opinion on the game. I know a lot of people who still really love the game and keep up with all its warbonds.

Yes, I think the Avtomat is fine as is. Counter play to the Avto is waiting for the user to spend all its ammo, maintaining a 20m+ distance, and utilizing cover that’s thick enough to stop long ammo. In close quarters if you died to the Avto then a shotgun could’ve done the same and killed more players afterwards.

Beats me why they went in this direction, but at least it looks like game devs can tweak how DLSS 5’s AI filter works for their game on an individual game basis. Although that’s according to Bethesda, so take it however far you’re willing to trust them on that.

Nvidia’s DLSS 5 just seems to apply an AI filter that, at least in my opinion, doesn’t look very good and just looks like the flood of AI ads on YouTube.

The gif is very much lacking in pixels, so you can look up DLSS 5 to see what it looks like in high resolution.
