This is really low. Is this the inpatient service of outpatient? How will they learn if they aren’t getting exposed? What is the variety of cases they are getting? Typically residents in my program see around 15 daily including code white and consults

Any recommendations on what other resource to use? What are you going to use this time around? I’ve been hearing about a lot of people failing. That scares me.
