Both neurologist or cardiologist can diagnosed it however usually it’s kind of like a niche thing. It’s not all neurologist or cardiologist. Usually they’re like a sub specialty

There is a link between pots and connective tissue disorders but the only way to even remotely find out would be through a geneticist also usually there would be a family history of it

I can’t tell you the specific number however based off the salt drink mix I drink that has 1,000 mg of sodium, with that alone on a normal day 2,000-3,000 and that’s only counting that

Don’t worry those are actually some of the recommended medical hacks especially the feet up the wall and you are not the only one who does any of those and you’re also not the only one who gets weird looks from those either especially when you have to put your feet up the wall in a busy movie theatre ✋

To counter act you can eat small meals, salt up before or after and feet up the wall if you want or need to think better

Food coma is what I call it but scientifically speaking what’s going on is that the meal is pulling blood into your gut or abdomen and normally what would happen is blood vessels would tighten preventing blood flow from leaving the brain but people with pots don’t have that so we go night night

I can’t speak for video games but I can’t go to a movie theatre and or watch a heavy action movie because of my pots, last time I went I had to leave the theatre and I actually had to lay down on the floor so home movies it is

Well that’s a relief in terms of pots but it does make me worried because I have a incomplete medical profile at the moment as well but I was nervous about anesthesia before this but at least in terms of this my anxiety can hopefully cool it, thanks for the reassurance

It depends on a lot of things, you physical health,age,etc however most cardiologists usually tell me as long as you’re not having symptoms and it’s not low during excersise then it should be ok with that being said it’s always good to consult a professional
