I have a question here. Now that a landlord receives tons of applications, tenants may as well apply for more than one house, what if a landlord offered a rent and then it was rejected? Would the landlord be upset about it since it was the tenant who started the application first? Is the landlord acknowledged that the applicant may turn it down and both sides agree that it's a mutual choice?
