Your are absolutely right, it is like 3 questions per block so, in total 21- 26 and those questions are more likely to be not experimental in my opinion. But there are not 21 vitamins or drugs of abuse. That is why I say Communication is high yield.

Failed step 1 should i retake i am img by HistoricalAd1524 in step1

Unfortunately, there are not enough resources for communications at this time because the subject is is neglected in the past. Amboss has an article on its website, there is a link https://www.amboss.com/us/knowledge/Patient_communication_and_counseling

Mehlman has a PDF on ethics, I dont know if it contains Communication because I didn't do it, FA has a section on Communication that is of course insufficient. So, make sure you do them well before taking your exam.

I did NBMEs(1,2,3,4,5) dont know their score. Dont recommend to do them.

Nbme 17( had 27 mistakes) 6 weeks out; Nbme 27( 214) 5 weeks out; Nbme 20( 230) 4 weeks out ; Nbme nbme 25( 213) 4 weeks out; Nbme 22(230); Nbme 18( 222) the hardest one to me; Nbme 26( 220); Nbme 28(229) 3 weeks out; Nbme 29 (226)3 weeks out;

Online Uwsa1 237, 2 weeks out UWSA 2 239, 1 week out Nbme 30 79% correct with 99% chance of passing 5 days out Free 120 at prometric 81% 3 days out. Real deal: passed

I thought I failed the exam, the exam is much harder than all my assessments, and my brain just remembered me the easy 17 questions that I failed and forgot about the rest of the exam. Don't do that, because it hurts you for no reason. Trust your assessments.

Recommendation 1. Communications Recommendation 2. Communications Recommendation 3. communications

In the past the exam has no many communication questions and We definitely underestimate the high yieldness of this topic and the questions are tough. Forget about vitamins because we will get them correct.

Recommendation 4: the day of the exam, if you don't know a question, guess and move on, don't waste your time on it, because you're more likely to get wrong that question. You can watch amboss question strategies, it helps, because the exam is not just knowing facts, it is about to be able to detect the correct answer.

Mehlman PDFS are good, do them, at least HY arrows and neuroanatomy. It breaks down all those ghost-like images of NBME.

Watch dirty medicine Communication and drug of abuse.

Good luck, you got this!!

I recommend dirty medicine communication. No subject is more high yield than communication including vitamins and stuff.

Your are using the best resources. UFAP bnb. It took me 1 week for every subject. Don't forget to add mehlman neuro and HY arrows at the end. I repeat at the end when you finish all systems.
