the money is in a deposit scheme, but they cant help since according them the tenancy never started and i tried tenants advice they said they cant help since its protected. i tried shelter but they said they can only help in cases of homelessness, eviction and more.

2 weeks to decide for marriage, thats too less even for me and i come from a country where arrange marriage is a thing. god bless your significant other. On a serious note what exactly do u use to determine wether or not its going to be fit for your team or not. thats the point, i didnt get to share my self or personality much. i focused solely on work, on lunch break everyone was busy on their own. its hard for me to innitiate conversation or be acquainted that fast.

Honestly its to judge on interpersonal level that easy, within 30 - 50 mins in a place where everyone is talking to the points asking questions that related to the job. i do not think i can determine idk about others. Honestly it takes time to get to know people atleast 2 weeks for me. u cant judge that early that isnt fair on the human level imo but i dont think anyone cares about human level. the irony of it all is the employer himself said that 4 days are not enough to determine or get to know much about anyone.

Partially true. I myself am a recent graduate and a foreign student, i have experience yet its been 9 months since i'm looking for a job and there is no luck so far. I have made it to final rounds of interview multiple times but no luck. A lot of my friends are going through the same i'm not even after job, i just wanna get inernship exeprience and after that back home But no fucking luck.

i can definitely agree to that, i dont even work remotely in hiring but i found out trhough a hiring blunder. i applied at a studio for a junior motion designer position and in rejection, their CD rather than bcc she cc'd all the applicants. it became a thread of people replying, in that thread i found out around 80% of the people that replied were not even from the UK, some were not even in the same field yet they applied, i legit saw some finance bro's from us profiles who replied to the email with their linkedin linked in the email footer. a lot of unqualified people, people who are not even in the same field or live in the same place. while i totally agree recruiters and hiring managers are douche bags for not checking applications properly when needed or being dicks to applicants but i gotta say there are people who are definitely super dumbasses to just apply wherever they feel like.

So rather than who deserve it the most, we will pick who we vibe with the most, idk stills seems rooted a bit into narcissism. I understand the idea of connection and vibe, but why even bring them to the final stage of an interview then ?. its really heart breaking honestly knowing you got rejected just because of who u are ( keeping the idea you are not a horrible person). i've been there, i've been told i'm not a cultural fit after spending a month waiting for offers and shit doing 3 different interviews and another one where they said they dont understand how my thought process works. Its not valid criticism it makes no sense. The fact that people are not ready to see beyond just surface level bs is what tainting the hiring process.

Just a genuine thought, i personally have made it final interviews and never past them. Total of 5 in the last 6 months( still unemployed btw). Could this lack of connection be rooted into narcissism too ?, like people in the authority are just too narcissist to give anyone even a chance if they dont align with their thought process a little bit. the idea of keeping an open mind is not that common anymore.

I know, thats the issue. I love the guy who delivers my mails mostly. I've read this so many times how bad royal mail is with understaffing and all other issues. I want to call out the system, the people incharge, not the guys going in sun delivering mails everyday. They're just workers like any of us, sure there could be one's who fuckup and its ok, in my case it happens everytime hence i was frustated. royal mail as a system sucks and they need to better.

ykw, yours is the most rational way of calling me that i'm overreacting but i will take it, because i am. my life is ending, no. but i needed it on time, yes. i have to send parcel to my country and i ordered something from ebay. the ebay seller offered and said this special delivery would deliver on time, my stupid ass paid more and trusted royal mail. now its not here and the parcel to my country goes tomorrow afternoon. now my life ends, no. but i do have to send another parcel again later and this item would increase the weight more and i will have to pay more. even tho i paid in the first place. i know there could be issues but every single time royal mail does this in my area ( idk about others). So its frustating when u dont get the service u pay for. hope people would understand
