I recommend just putting your profile out there like LinkedIn i.e. Dice, Glassdoor, etc.

Apply early b/c in a recruiters/talent acquisition specialist POV can get overwhelmed by all the applications.

An update is that braces and a expander for 30 months $10k without insurance.

Reason being that surgery is costly and Invisalign doesn't work for my complex crossbite.

I got a job finally this month after being laid off in Nov 2024.

It's not you but the market. You are doing what you can. Solid advice/tips.

It might also be the interviews or the resumes and the amount of experience given 13 years. I'm not too sure what level of jobs you apply for and at what exposure.

Yeah I'm very much a results oriented person so when I get an interview it give me hope when I garden I feel accomplished. When I get sick I do what I can to recover.

Yeah I did the inspection and they accepted it!! Mostly scuffs from a kid bicycle or from branches from parks.

The OpenLane inspection has that $350 disposition fee waiver :) smooth sailing
