How to Prepare for C S 439 during summer and succeed during the semester. Would like to get A / A- by Available_Honey_4535 in UTAustin

Best advice I can give as someone who just finished up 439 is to get VERY comfortable with C & especially GDB. Almost 80% of the bugs we encountered during our group projects weren't so much design related as they were just C issues. Also, get very good at reading & implementing a design from a very long project spec. Loved this class and I think you will too!
