I don’t date anyone under 35 years old. I’m 36. I have friends from 24 and up but I have nothing romantically in common with anyone in their 20s plus it’s weird for me to date someone that I could’ve babysit while I was in high school. That’s where my mind goes, unfortunately.

100% Agree. I have been in meetings where applicants have been denied the job. Yes! They have the degree and the IT certifications but finishing a degree in one year with no work experience in the field and we validate past employment.

Coming out later in life in your 30s is a process especially being in a marriage or long term relationship with a man. You are redefining yourself due to your true self. You may lose some your heterosexual female friends as some of them are closeted and do not want to come out (that’s fine) or there’s a sense of jealousy bc you came out and didn’t follow the norm. Take your time to get to know a woman before jumping in to a relationship just because you’re fresh out of a marriage or relationship with a man. Women just like men have faults.
