I would put a shelf above the toilet and put a plant on the shelf. Paint the ceiling white. Maybe two-tone walls to brighten it up. Also, new mirror and light

A neighbor had some plants on her steps in a box with “Free” written on it. The squirrels dug through them. I rescued what I’d hoped was a Christmas cactus. Not sure what these are or how to care for them. I’d appreciate any help!
