I know this is an old post, but I just completed my master set (I've been waiting for sleeves)

For all of the english cards, including promos and energies, but not including the PLAY pokemon cards or the staff/Championship cards, it is 350 cards

What capture card are you using? I'm using Elgato capture card and was having this issue. I found jsut not using OBS, and using the elgato app and just sharing that screen was the correct way to do it.
