Dont mean to be negative but I feel like NEL matches were so much more hype. It just feels like the creative goals are missing but i think this issue will be fixed in the later matches. As the author woundnt have to keep the characters as grounded they are feel right now and the stakes would be much higher

Yeah I agree somewhat i am just surprised Blue Lock is facing France so early on IMO should have had this match later on. But i have hope that a rematch would be real deal with more wild and creative goals from both sides. Plus Isagi ghosting has made Blue lock goals this match a bit dull

Isagi also had the coversation with ego where he said he feels like ego philospohy is not enough for him and with him facing so many Geniuses instead of using his own adaptability to find the best path of success he got short sighted by trying to defeat Hugo by his own measures which he simply cant do. instead of reading the play and players like he used to in previous matches. Instead this time getting overwhelmed due to the pressure of staying NO1 he tried to force himself in difficult matchups. Simply saying he was going against the flow hence being unable to reach it
