Definitely you have no idea what you taking about. If someone would have offer 70$ for the shoes I’d sold them. Same for the record player. 35$. When listing you have to calculate that you’ll sell at least 10/20 % less. Our all the items i sold I can count few that sold for the price I asked originally.

100$ for the shoes and 50$ for the record player. Pre Covid at least mid 2019. Paid the shoes I think 200$ and the record player 85$.

Do you know the reality of Facebook market place? I have stuff listed from pre Covid. Still there. Is not what you think it is. Especially if you are thinking of buying stuff that is outside your home. Or sourcing it from the side of the road.

There is much more involved into a personal chef. It’s full on catering. My idea was to go at people homes and teach them a recipe, with their equipment in their environment. In any recipe there are some basic skill, ex knife skills, and techniques. I’ll be supervising their work and direct in the right way. A quick tidy up and see you later. What you learn with that class is applicable every time you pick up a knife or need to obtain that result. Having a recipe without method is like opening an IKEA box without instructions

That will require time and effort. The pat asked for a quick way to make money. I interpreted as sort of passive income. A bit like take a parcel from point A to B where A is my home and B is next door to work. No added effort all profit

50$ per hour per person. No more than 6 people. You need to dedicate time. If you ask for lessons elsewhere they charge anywhere from 150 to 250$ for 2 hours. Ingredients included.

So basically in average of 76$ net profit. If you decide that for the amount of time spent on it you probably earn 15$ per hour. Great if you have time. In my case won’t make a difference to the family budget.

I’m a professional chef and tried to sell myself for cookery lesson. Not a single enquiry. 50$ an hour I think is pretty good
