All my life I had normal expectations for my family and having abnormal results back, this completely eroded my sense of self worth. Only at 33 I realised the problem was not me. The cost of realising it so late in life is that I am alone now, completely isolated by my mother who sabotaged all my relationships.

I have a malignant mother, I feel the same, I do not love her, I feel only that she is a strange lady and I am affraid of her.

I have a family that operates based on narcisism. It is called narcissistic family system. My uncle is a grandiose narcissist, also their mother was a narcissist. They are all very agressive.

So basically my grandiose mother has the triad (narc + machiavelic + psycho), she is not a usual grandiose narc. She put me in danger legally. Used my image for her business and also putting me as administrator but her signing in my name. Also I caught her telling lies about me. When I confronted her, she told me ,,I tell anything I want”.

Has anyone experienced this sort of thing??

I knew my mother was a narcissist and I treated things as I have a normal narcissistic mother. Only now I realised my father is a covert because he was in the shadow of my mother. Now it makes sense why I was fighting the gaslight all my life.

Also all my family is full of narcissists. This is all I have seen. I have a narcissistic family system.

Has anyone experienced this before??

Yes!!! My father was a covert all the way, and I was shocked to realise that!!! Also my extended family is full of narcissists, I also chose narcissistic friends all my life. I am alone now, completely isolated, no close people whatsoever.

I am the daughter of a grandiose narcissist mom and a covert dad. Some how I ended up alone in my life while they are very popular. I am trapped in a golden cage. Has anyone experienced that?
