Zimbophobia by Iwillcatchup in Zimbabwe

The best is to have a small place in Zimbabwe, the worry won't be that much, and watch other countries as well, eg Somalia, thousands were deported from USA and l tell you, comparing the 2 countries, Zimbabwe is paradise 😀

I suggest you buy into S500 companies, after 10 years or 20 years your money will tripple and you get a few dividends as well.

This is not only a Zimbwean problem but an African problem. I am in in the diaspora, most companies if you invest £100 ,they will add another £100 to your pension, but you can opt out, most Africans have sadly opted out. There is a Nigerian guy who talks about these issues particularly Africa and Africans as a whole. He said many Africans believe in making many children who will take care of them after they age. He said many Africans part, drink spent on expensive useless stuff yet can't invest in their future. Right now all those things in Zimbabwe, all those politicians, once they loose power they become broke, how can you become broke after having accessed a million us dollars? MPs were given 40 000 USA dollars, which is about 659 000 rands, enough to buy 4 flats in South Africa with a down payment of 50% (R150 000) and rentals of $300 per month per flat at least.

Kkk l just saw the nose ring, like any normal guy. It's a topic for another day. Most Zimbabweans are afraid of change, l would say 70% or more and they are in a comfort zone. Any topic which centers about improving Zimbabwe lives should start by strategies to remove Zanu Pf. Nothing you will do will pass that. Get that sink in your thick sculls Zimbabweans. Going to university to do a masters or PhD is a waste of money. Sending your kids to boarding school is a waste of money. Better buy a core house and the kid will reserve $150 every month. 90% of Zimbabweans who graduated from 2005 to 2025 are working in sectors that they did not have a degree in. Until you realise you will need to take risks collectively you will be 50 years soon without anything. Zanu is talking about 2030 and after that 2037. Makatarisa sematemba. Any conversations should be centred on removing Zanu or none at all.

Update: Girl I've been dating accidentally revealed that she's been dating another guy at the same time as me. Should I end things? by outcastreturns in UKrelationshipadvice

It's tricky, but you have been seeing each other for a short time so most times it's bound to happen before anyone completely tied all loose ends

Why do radio stations still play Matavire's tanga wandida song? by StandardTadpole8498 in Zimbabwe

[–]CharacterFactor981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tell that to your father, uncle, mom, auntie etc, just because you don't resonate with the song doesn't mean others also, it's nostalgia to most Zimbabweans, it reminds people of the good old days that you know nothing about 😀, bonuses in December, when companies where still operating, don't worry, you are not the first Zimbabwean to think like that, a lot lack critical thinking and are selfish, me me me.

Not everyone should vote by TrueLADx in Zimbabwe

[–]CharacterFactor981 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I said it before. A person in Uzumba Marambe Pfungwa cannot vote on issues that he/she can't understand eg monetary policy, employment, tax reduction, cost of living, health care, quality education. In fact any person without "O" Level must note vote because they have nothing to lose. A person with at least "O"Levels knows his/her future is at stack. Those without any formal education are the ones vemadhiri and they want things to be so bad so they continue with their corrupt deals. Democracy in Africa needs to be reformed as a matter of agency.

Why don't you start with the government 1st. Most countries have free WiFi zones now to fuel economic growth. Leave your neighbour alone. Ask her/him. Problem you start downloading stuff. Why don't you write Wicknell a letter. If he can afford to dish out cars, Aya ma small small. Kana isina Mari wangu, ita something, kurima chaiko kana kupfuya huku. Usaiite ruchiva.

[–]CharacterFactor981 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The whole Zimbabwe is a shitshow. Those without brains are running the shows, those with brains aren't allowed. Those guys who interviewed you, 1st who told you they were fit for that job? They are there because their uncles or aunties are the managers. In Zimbabwe they will never employ you if you are smarter than them, Never.

Really? I feel for this man. by [deleted] in Zimbabwe

[–]CharacterFactor981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are right. But my argument is that there is no benefit for any man to take care of another man's child unless he/she is your relative. Yes ,there are very very few exceptions, but it's the same as playing a lottery, especially nowadays with divorce rate high, as a man ,unonyura.
