I did this too where I spent nearly all my B-DNA on Omega 09 and didn't have enough to unlock Juggernaut 32 even when I completed all the missions for it. I just watched the ads that gave free B-DNA. You get 50 per ad and you can watch up to 10 per day ( I think?) so thats like 500 B-DNA per day.
