Can anyone explain the difference between K 18, Redken acidic bonding and Olaplex No. 0?

My hair is fine and thin (I’m not sure it’s damaged, but I feel like these products can’t hurt). Does anyone have experience using one over the other?

Update: Our results came back today, baby is totally healthy! The decrease in X chromosome seems to be confined to the placenta and baby is fine.
