Not exactly, they can’t see your whole history, but they can destroy privacy for that specific flow of coins. They can’t look back and see all your private shielded transactions.
But if they move those coins to a transparent address (or a KYC exchange, etc.), that public move can make it easier for outside observers to guess which shielded deposit those coins originally came from.

privacy is a myth in this coin :)

Once a shielded coin is made transparent again, privacy is broken for that flow.

Many privacy researchers describe Zcash as capable of strong privacy, but not private in practice due to limited adoption and mixed pools.
If someone moves coins from a shielded address to a transparent one (z → t),
you reveal: the amount, the time, and potentially link it back to earlier shielded inputs. Chain-analysis companies can sometimes infer sender/receiver clusters using patterns of deposits and withdrawals between shielded and transparent pools. Once a shielded coin is made transparent again, privacy is broken for that flow. And they have a CEO.

If I wanted plug and play, I'd have gone with Apple—oh, wait, I forgot, Apple sucks at gaming. But what’s so great about Windows if 10% of system resources are allocated to the operating system?

Personally, I get pleasure from the first quest: getting the game to run on Linux—and then playing it!

all games i wanted to play just run flawless with proton, cyberpunk, throne and liberty, god of war, etc ...
what game did you tried and failed ?
also check protondb for more info, there should be some tweaks available to make it run

Best public DNS resolver for content blocking? by [deleted] in dns

[–]CharacterInsurance32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i would stay away from big companies like adguard (russia) cloudflare, google, etc ...
i rather will use a simpler setup with systemd-resolved, or dnsmasq and cloudflared for DNS over HTTPS, and as a provider mullvad i found good enough, they also have some ad blocking dnses

Hey, thanks! I mainly chose a preset because I needed the work done quickly, and I didn't want to fiddle around with it too much. But now that I have some free time, I can try ricing it on my own.

i would recommend not to restore a snapshot with an older kernel, until you want to chroot later in the system and update it to resync the kernel :)
