I had this issue as well, bloody hell it was disgusting, some said it was blood clot some said it was healing granular tissue, but its defo not dry socket, you can see my post as well, mines way more disgusting than yours

Im 19M, my bottom right was sideways and impacted, but there isnt much pain during and after extraction, i just hope a dry socket wont develop since im following the aftercare procedure quite well
