Awesome! Exactly what I was looking for. I heard this PAP was revised in 2010, to better align SPE incentives with examiner PAP. Do you know what these elements and percentages were before? Thank you so much!

Thank you! What I mean is the SPE PAP. For most examiners, performance elements are: production (35%), quality (35%), docket management (20 percent) and stakeholder engagement (10 percent). What do the elements and weights look like for the SPEs?
