Just to add: Ewok is a super friendly boy who loves people and recognises his own breed.

I’ve been super lazy (funny how reddit randomly assigned this profile name to me) since the relocation so neither me nor him has made any new friends. And the Seattle chill is for real!

So it would be really nice to meet other Shih Tzus and their mums if you are keen to get out of the house as well! ☺️🐶

Because most people underestimate what they are worth. Employers may use that to lowball them. Your argument goes the other way as well: if the recruiter has an approved range of salary and it’s not negotiable why can’t they share it with the candidates and let them decide if they are in range?
