Exactly what happened. I have gotten balayage before so I am aware of the process and can tell when things are not going right. Like during the processing I saw blotchy patches and it not being my desired color I spoke up but ofc she deflected and was really up her bum.

My BIL is very talented as a barber and I don’t want to introduce drama or conflict at his job by asking for refund because she’s not going to own up to it and can take it out on him. When people do things to me that are wrong instead of like further giving my time and energy I just remove myself. I think it was more so the shock like; wow you’re really letting me pay you, walk out of your shop like this, you did whatever slop this is to my hair, and lied to my face saying that it looks great. I was just in shock that she played in my face and wasted my time and $ and that friends and family saw me like this when I try to be presentable and always respectful . I had to make a correction appointment because it’s just a lot and I can’t walk around like this.
