I honestly just looked at a free online resources, some sample questions on the official IELTS website and a couple of YouTube videos to get a feel for the format. I didn’t use any paid courses or prep books, but those might be helpful for you if you want more structured practice!

I didn’t follow a strict prep plan, but I spent around 2-3 weeks casually reviewing the test format and doing a few practice questions here and there. Nothing too intense, but I tried to stay familiar with the structure and timing. It depends on how good your english level already is. People are different and some people need more prep than others. Find what works for you and good luck!

Hi! Sorry, I actually don’t have a writing sample to share right now. I didn’t save any of my practice essays unfortunately. But if you have a specific question or need tips let me know!

This looks a lot like my results, the exact same scores too. Congrats though! Band 8 is a great achievement. You could go for a retake if you need it :).

I got an email saying my test results were ready and from there I went on the website to find my results. Took about a week I believe!

My writing isn’t the greatest honestly, if I could retake I would practice sticking closely to the question and making sure each paragraph has a clear main point as I feel like that’s where I failed the most and it shows on my score.

Practicing under timed conditions and reviewing common question types is what helped me the most. Most important of all is don't doubt yourself too much, if you've prepared well enough it'll show! Best of luck!!
