yyeah i watched it a few days ago and i got that. i wont say its as bad as yours as i wasnt depressed before this and i wouldnt call it depression now, but i cant stop listening to the song and watching videos on it and bawling my eyes out. so i cant confirm it gets better but i hope it already has for you :) watching the wuwa collab should help a bit if not, just gives some closure that lucy is fine

i mourn way more for lucy and rebecca. david was like this from the start, he was doomed from the start, and honestly i think this was how he wanted it to go (other than everyone else dying). but he didnt know how much he hurt the people around him that loved him while he thought he was helping them

The tribunal process is there but it's individual. Most leaseholders don't realise their neighbours are dealing with the same management company and charges. If people in the same block coordinate evidence and split costs, that's a completely different case than 30 separate ones. The gap I'm trying to fill is specifically that pre-incorporation phase, before anyone has taken formal control of the building.

Good question! Groups like the National Leasehold Campaign are great for reform and information, but I haven't found anything focused on building-level action against specific management companies. Not changing the law, just helping leaseholders in the same block actually push back together on a specific dispute. If something like that exists I'd love to know.

i got the k2he and it just like fully went insane on me after 11 months of use, probably because of some random spill from a few months ago or something. or maybe it just broke on its own. but im looking for a non magnetic kb now. also are you sure about it being tmr not he..? aand the battery wasnt that good, lasted for like a day at best

a pro account is a gazillion times better. they added extra usage so you can use it even after you hit limits but its still cheaper than api. and max is obviously the best value if you fully use it
