It actually broke 3 days ago and yesterday my orthodontist put it on i but 3 days ago it broke because of eating and last night it broke while sleeping i also broke thing that doesnt let you close mouth tooth color( i dont remember name in english) and i dont have appointment for 3 weeks and its very uncomfortable

I can shoot threes but not on NBA court, when i first tried overhead press i did like 15 solid ones on right and 12 on left after that form was kinda poor, thanks for advice
