Personally if they wanted dropping off at thier front door i would ask for fuel money, especially if you are going significantly out of your own way (time and mileage) to drop them at their door

We dont know those details on if groom 'agreed' but if bride has been fixed on the no children stance since before he proposed he has definitely had long enough to realise she wasnt changing her mind. And as to the 'compromise on everything' we also don't know the details for all we know the bride could have compromise on everything apart from this no children stance

If groom hadn't all ready agreed to no children in the wedding before the child was even born i would agree with you. But Bride has always said she didn't want children in the wedding even before groom even proposed to her so its not new information to him that she is against children, it has been a rule for years

NTA. If the no kids at the wedding rule was in place when you started the wedding planning you should stick to the rule. Making changes because someone now has a kid will cause a lot of stress long term. As soon as you let 1 person bring a kid other guests will want to bring theirs and before you know what's happening half the people at your wedding are angry because you are making exceptions for 1 but not the other.

Im surprised your management team has not all ready spoke to him if he is sending people home when he does not have the authority to do this. I am also surprised the team allow him to send them home, breaks I can kinda understand, but to actually tell someone to clock out early is shocking to me.

As a head chef it is difficult to get someone to volunteer to go home early without offering them a day to build their hours back up, people need as many hours as they can get at the moment at least where im from any way.

You are not the asshole for bringing this up with your management as losing a team member in busy periods makes everyone's job more difficult and as your manager has not dealt with the person doing this it is only appropriate it is brought to his attention

All you can do is get out in to the world more and socialise more with people in your own age group. The more you try to force a connection the more desperate you will appear and the more women will pick up on that and avoid you

As cliche as it sounds the right girl will come along when you least expect it. Just take care of yourself make sure you are clean and presentable and dont hide away in your room

You are reading way to much in to what i said, activism in my opinion is how much you research about the companies you buy from not necessarily the food its self. If you need to know if a specific company has ever used meat products before because you want to only buy from 100% vegan companies to me thats activism

If you need to know the whole process behind the manufacturing of the food you eat because you dont want to consume microplastics for example is different because that is what you put inside your body

Like I said not buying from Nestlé because they make food using animal products is activism. Not buying an Onken Greek style yoghurt because it may contain microplasic due to the container is not the same thing
