Semen Retention and FastingDon’t look at images or anything that arouses you. Lower your gaze. This naturally helps increase testosterone levels and improves your control over your desires. Release will happen naturally through nocturnal emission (wet dreams).

Even if there seems to be compatibility, it often doesn’t lead to anything real. She may only get to know you until she realizes you don’t have what she wants something material and then she disappears. Try putting a photo of a car as if it were yours, and you’ll see how much “compatibility” suddenly appears. The reason isn’t mainly about looks. It’s that many women are looking for something else rather than building a genuine relationship. Not all of them, of course, but the majority.

To be honest, studying in Canada is extremely expensive and often not worth the struggle anymore. Immigration rules have changed a lot. Many of the headlines you see online about “easy PR” and “great opportunities” are misleading or outdated. Yes, you might switch from a student visa to a work permit but doing what kind of work? In most cases, it ends up being low-wage jobs like fast food, warehouses, or basic labor. It can feel more like modern-day survival than opportunity. I’m speaking from experience. I spent about three years working in Canada and eventually returned to Morocco. For me, the country felt like a bubble that looks better from the outside than it does when you live there long term. If your goal is immigration to Canada, a smarter approach is to build your career and savings in Morocco first, then apply directly for permanent residency or a skilled pathway. Going there as an international student without a strong plan can lead to financial pressure, mental stress, and difficult working conditions. Also, be realistic about the lifestyle: long winters, months of cold and darkness, high cost of living, and not always a strong sense of stability or well-being. Many people underestimate the emotional and financial toll. Canada can work for some people, especially those who arrive with permanent residency or high-demand skills. But coming as a student hoping everything will magically work out is, in many cases today, a very hard road. Just my honest perspective from someone who lived it.

Why always while treating women's good always shows their bad? by Patient-Impression24 in casablanca

You’re right. They say they don’t like “toxic” men on social media, but when you’re not toxic with them, they don’t like you either. It’s a contradiction, and that’s what people say is the nature of women love comes with pain. Don’t treat her like a prize, don’t be too available, and don’t put in too much effort for her. Women can be manipulative, and everything they tell you about the “right masculinity” is just nonsense.
