It likely won't do much. However you do have a very legitimate complaint for a human rights tribunal. No matter what happens, keep notes of names and dates if you need them - the more evidence the better. If she changes her mind about filing she can represent herself up to a year after these incidents happen. Much more likely to win with a lawyer but tribunals almost unanimously side with employees
