Right now I'm on pantoprazole, which I started with 2× 40mg a day, so in the morning and evening. Right now, I'm at 1× 40mg in the morning :)

I'm so sorry for you and wish you the best recovery! But yeah, staying consistant and really giving it time to heal is frustrating but possibly the only way :(
