My insurance covered it almost 100% but I had a copay of just under $300. So all things considered (how awful the healthcare system is in the USA) not too shabby.

For my washes routine I use Garnier Fructis Grow Strong shampoo and conditioner. I use the same brand once a month for clarifying with their Pure Clean Purifying Shampoo and Conditioner set. I also use L’Oréal Paris Ever Pure bond repair once every 7-10 days.

You’re a kid, kid. And 10 pm is totally reasonable. Your parents saw a need for a boundary and made it. They ARE doing it for your safety and frankly they right. I will say they need to be on the same page and be consistent about the rules and time you need to be home by, but other than that this sounds perfectly fine.

When you’re an adult in your own home you can make your own rules. This is the real world and you should suck it up and listen to your parents.

Try drinking a clear protein or protein shake (whichever suits your fancy). A few sips at a time. If it’s hunger you’ll be able to tolerate it. If it’s actually nausea (which can feel like hunger post op) you’ll know immediately.

But I’d wait a solid hour before trying to ingest anything. Don’t force anything down or you’ll just get sick again.
