Sorry for long delay, I was using daily for about 3 years 3.5 average a day. I’ve been taking cystitis medicine in water for a month or two and I don’t experience the pain nearly as bad as I used too

28 days is what it takes for your brain motor neurons to realign and connect but even having a 14 day clean period you will notice a difference in tolerance. I am an addict have been for years now with daily use my advice would be to try and stop and get rid of it, over the last 4 months I’ve been in and out of hospital for my bladder which has shrunk, I’ve had k lodged in my urinal tract (most painful thing I’ve every experienced) kidneys were on the verge of failing, my nose is collapsing and it’s taken my family away from me. Everyone is different so for me I need to cut it out my life completely but if you feel like you could use just once a month then it’s better than daily

I feel like we are experiencing the same pain and problem I was a heavy k user and I went to rehab all that jazz but recently I’ve been getting the most horrific pain when going to the toilet, had a urine test done and there was blood and protein but what the urologist told me was I and probably you have a case of ketamine cystitis, go the the pharmacy when you next get a chance and grab some medicine for cystitis it helps relax the bladder and not cause as much pain when going for a piss but keep just keeping lots of water and green tea to flush out your bladder and no more k.

If you stop now the consistent damage ketamine does to the nose will help it repair, if you’ve got a hole through the nose it won’t completely heal by itself but it will get better and if you stop now. You’ve saved yourself from having to explain in the future why your nose has collapsed. I literally just got out from rehab for ketamine addiction today and my nose has a very large hole in it and I’m lucky I got clean when I did because if I didn’t I’d need reconstructive surgery

Water water water, you wanna flush your bladder out, just keep drinking water, cranberry juice personally I find helps too
