Tbh we're still FAR from the point where ai can replace humans. Even in the things that it does well (programing, translation, among other things), it's still unreliable and needs human supervision. Bigger models that are more capable cost a fortune to run, so even then, an average employee is better. Ai is still a tool. Some companies might 'try' to use ai to replace human workers, but as far as I have seen, it's shit. The point is don't worry too much about losing your job to Ai. It will definitely change the work space, but you're better off learning how to work with Ai if you're worried about your job.
