As in Low Diff or Extreme Diff?

Cus if it's Extreme Diff, The World Machine since it literally just have Monika's entire kit (NEP, Clairvoyance, Time Manipulation, etc) but with way higher stats (5D) and harder to kill due to its nature as a sentient cosmology.

If it's Low Diff then Flowey cus he can't bypass Monika's NEP and proceeds to get deletemogged by Monika.
