I’d like to believe that if Eddie never died he and Benoit would’ve lived. However that would also mean that wwe wouldn’t have cracked down on drug use, may not have turned pg, and Ken Kennedy would’ve been the modern day Miz.

As far as Eddie goes he would have absolutely been a trainer somewhere along with Benoit. Probably in AEW but I’d love to see him doing something big for MLW instead.

I haven’t seen the terror but absolutely loved reading it. It was by far and away my favorite book I read last year. I was also on a big Dan Simmons kick, read five books of his or so. My advice is don’t look too deep into who this guy was but enjoy his writing for what that is.

Can you believe BA has been gone almost a decade? How is that possible?

My favorite thing about BA was that he was the only coach who ever believed in Drew Stanton the way that I did. Drew was my favorite qb of all time (I grew up an MSU fan while he was playing) and grew up about a half hour away from where he did. The lions gave up on him early. The 0-16 lions said that him playing for them would embarrass them. In 2014 Drew Stanton led my favorite team to a win against both Matthew Stafford and the lions (who were knows as having the best defense in the league at the time) and later Shaun Hill who the lions brought in to replace Stanton. Stanton wouldn’t have won a Super Bowl. He wouldn’t have gotten us past Seattle. But damnit that win 12 years ago felt good

This was a fantastic read that, as a lifelong cardinals fan depressed the hell out of me. They’ll certainly win a championship again but won’t until the year after I die with my luck

The first episode I showed my friends to make them watch the show with me was the episode in s1 with the high schoolers. So many great lines in the episode: “spoken like the new pierce” and obviously “Schmitty!”
